Frequently Asked Questions
Our stay and play orientation goes for around 1-2hours, where we encourage you to attend with your child, we get to know you, your child, their routine and preferences. This is also the perfect chance for us to begin building a trusting relationships with both yourself and child.
Firstly we will require your completed enrolment form, once this is received and processed we will arrange for you and your child to come into our service for an orientation.

6am to 6pm

Best that they bring a change of clothes, fitted cot sheet and top sheet, water bottle, hat and any bottles/formula (if required)
We understand how hard it is when you child is unsettled or upset, we will provide support and comfort for your child where we will reassure them. Don’t worry we will call you if we can’t calm them and ask for advise.
Sadly at times accidents might happen or your child might show signs that they are unwell. We will comfort your child and arrange first aid, we will call you and let you know what has happened, how your child is and ask what you would like us to do to further support your child.
We know that each family will have different hours of subsidised care per fortnight and to assist families we have the ability to offer you different hours of care based on your requirements. We have the ability to charge you from 12 hours all the way to 7 hours of care per day. For further information, please speak to our centre director.
We understand that 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, so we have opted to temporarily pause charging families a bond and administration fee until further notice.
